I am continually appalled at how the American public ignores quality healthcare. People, over and over, try to reform it but fail simply because Congress & Big Business won’t let them.
Yes, you heard right. Congress is the most influential reason why American healthcare is the most expensive in the world and hasn’t ranked in the top ten for good outcomes in decades.
I’m mostly convinced it is that way because for some reason the public has decided somebody, anybody really knows more about what healthcare should be like than they do. And… they refuse to shop or bargain to get it. Particularly, they refuse to demand it from Congress.
